Returns exchanges
You may return for refund or exchange less original shipping charges your unused product within 30 days of purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our facility and return charges to your address for exchanges and returns unless a product is defective or error has occurred when filling your order.

Customer is responsible for proper packaging, damaged returns will not be accepted

Products must be in original factory box and undamaged.

No returns or exchanges for products that were not purchased from Solitaire Htg & Cooling

No returns or exchanges for orders over 30days old

Warranty:
30 days from the date of purchase to be free of factory defect. We will replace or refund factory defective products

We now ship to Canada, shipping fees DO NOT include Canada Customs taxes (GST and/or PST) or Duty / Tariff. These additional fees will be charged to you at time of delivery

Due to the high cost of shipping and customs to Canada, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or refunds unless we made an error and shipped you an item incorrectly. Example you ordered item #rp210 filter and we shipped items #rp401.  In this case you must email us for a return authorization number and instructions prior to return NO EXCEPTIONS
