• All packages are shipped insured. For damage claims contact the carrier to file a damage claim
• We cannot warranty delivery times or service, delivery times may vary in times of adverse weather. Please check your tracking number for the most recent updated information.
• Allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing, packaging, etc prior to shipment in addition to the  estimated shipping time. Time is an average, and may be effected buy weather and product supply
• Delivery refused by customer will be charged a 25% return fee.
• USPS GROUND allow 2-8 days for delivery time.
• CANADA orders allow 10-20 days for delivery

Please note that the shipping times provided on our web site by UPS, *USPS and Fedex  is after our processing and packaging time.
example: an order placed at 7pm on Saturday with next day delivery will not be delivered the following morning, it will be processed (allow 2-5 business days) then shipped, UPS does not count the day of shipment in the delivery time see www.ups.com for explanation of UPS terms and conditions

Due to the high cost of shipping and customs to Canada, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or refunds unless we made an error and shipped you an item incorrectly. Example you ordered item #rp210 filter and we shipped items #rp401.  In this case you must email us for a return authorization number and instructions prior to return NO EXCEPTIONS
